Make sure the container used does not have any oil or makeup for the whole process

 

1,放纯净水中浸泡一天,直到泡软

Put in the container.soak in purified water for a whole day until its soft

 

 

2,延腹部剪开

Cut open along the belly

 

 

3,分几截剪断桂花蚌

Cut the inside muscle into a few pieces

4,去掉头部细砂及内脏

Remove the fine sand and gut

 

 

5,放开水中煮40-50分钟

(整条海参),但海参皮只需20分钟,自然凉却后放冷纯净水中浸泡,每天换水,2-3天后可食。

Cook the product in boiling water for 40-50minutes(the whole piece of seacucumber).Only 20 minutes needed for the skin. Turn off the stove and leave the product there until it's cool.Soak the product in purified water for 2-3 days with freshly replaced water each day.It's then ready to eat.
